It's important to provide the /ability/ to use commercial
services like YouTube, etc, because many people may be already using
them, or be more comfortable or familiar with the way they work.
However, it is too much to /recommend/ those services.  The intention of
that "clause" was to ask people to upload their video to some other
host, not to advertise for commercial services.

So we are changing the language to: "you're encouraged to host large
files elsewhere (for example archive.org or another non-commercial video
hosting site)".  Our tech person will implement support for easily
embedding archive.org video into articles and link to it as the
preferred service for video hosting, but we will retain the technical
capability to embed videos from commercial providers as well in case
anyone needs to use them

Es importante proveer la /habilidad/ de usar servicios comerciales
como YouTube, porque mucha gente quizás ya está usandolos y está más
comoda con ellos.  Pero es demasiado /recomendar/ estes servicios.  La
intención de esta clausa no era para anunciar para servicios
comerciales sino para pedir que gente carge su videos a otro servidor
anfitrión.
